Q: How do I secure my date with you?
We make booking with us extremely easy, just send an inquiry! We accept a limited number of weddings each season to ensure a top tier experience for every bride. Your date is officially reserved once your signed contract and $300 deposit are received. Most of our brides book 6-12 months in advance, particularly for peak season weekends. Please note that dates aren’t held until both are received. Proposals are valid for 2 weeks—after that, the date may be released to the next inquiry.
Q: Do I need to know my final headcount before booking?
No, as long as you meet our minimum (for à la carte services) you don't need a final headcount. After your deposit is made and contract is signed your date is secured. You can add/subtract services based on your needs up to a month before your wedding when final payment is due.
Q: Do you provide on-location services?
Yes, all wedding day services are performed on location for a seamless morning experience. We travel everywhere! Don't hesitate to reach out and ask.
Q: Is there a service minimum for wedding day bookings?
Only for a la carte services, we have a service minimum of 4 people. Under the minimum? No problem! We will create a custom proposal for you.
Q: Is a bridal trial required?
While not required, a bridal trial is recommended. It allows us to collaborate, refine your vision and ensure every detail feels like you. Most brides schedule their preview 3-6 months before the wedding, all trials are held at New Leaf Hair Studio in Bristol, RI
Q: Who curates my timeline?
Our bridal coordinator works closely with you and/or your event planner from the time of booking up until your big day! Your beauty timeline will vary by venue logistics, bridal party size and your photography schedule. For larger parties, additional artists are secured to ensure the morning unfolds seamlessly, never rushed!
Q: How should I prep for the wedding morning?
To ensure the best experience, we recommend coming with clean, fully dry hair. Freshly cleansed and moisturized skin (no spf) Button down or zip front attire.
